Juneteenth Community Yoga Practice
Join us at 9:00 AM at the Utah State Capitol South Steps this Juneteenth for a reflective community yoga practice honoring a historic milestone and celebrating freedom through mindful movement.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat. Limited mats available.
Class Description: Soft Yoga Flow
This is a community-based soft yoga flow where we move gently, breathe, and take care of ourselves together. The practice is slow and accessible, with an emphasis on feeling rather than performing. You’re invited to move at your own pace, rest when you need to, and be part of a shared space that is grounding and supportive.
